This session is a unique combination of Reiki energy work and Life Coaching. Tailored to the individual, each session is like an excursion into the inner world. Tapping into the body’s wisdom, you are guided to explore your core beliefs and patterning that is held in the energy field. Through a series of questions and inquiry – and other modalities such as Sound and Vibrational work- you are guided to re-connect with your deepest desires and visions for your life.
