My question this month is:
Are you feeling the changes coming?
As I've been saying for some time now, the astrology has been fortelling that 2024 is a time of great change-
Sit quiet for a moment and check in with yourself.
Are you feeling it too?
I'm hearing the whispers of
"It's YOUR Time"
But, what does this mean?
To me, it means that if you want to create change and move toward your deepest desires; you need to
stop playing it small (and too safe).
It's Your time to make the most out of life!

I used to be that way too- but when I made the conscious decision to slow down and prioritize myself-
then things started to fall into place.
The truth is, the real reason is that you’re not able to maintain the healthy and balanced life you desire- is that you’re not being mindful and present to the moment… too much time is spent on worrying about the future or ruminating in the past.
If you really want to learn how to master your energy- what you need is PAY ATTENTION to what you’re thinking about so you can begin to train your brain to be more present in the moment.
One of the first things I do with my clients in the “Return to Center” program is to show them how to manage their thoughts and to learn how to be more present; so they are much more in tune with the energy around them (and within them), I also show you how to manage your TIME so you can get sh*t done and make the changes you desire.
