The above quote reminds me that we're all digging for the jewels within.
Sure, we've forgotten about them until we have a glimpse of pure joy, that radiant feeling that makes us feel glad to be alive-
But, our lives have become so piled up that most of us need to be
reminded to breathe, slow down, be present, find the extraordinary in the ordinary and to count our blessings.
Yet we know there's more to this precious life!
It takes great courage to make the changes to transform your life-
but it is ALWAYS worth it.
When we make the decision to do something different,
it sends a message to the Universe that we're ready to stir things up.
To be clear, when we have grown tired of doing the same old, same old; the desire to bring about the necessary changes has to be stronger than the desire to stay in the "comfort" zone.
Read that again.
The desire to make changes has to be stronger (bigger)
than the desire to play it safe.
Transformation isn't a one time shot.
It's about tranforming and changing your world from the inside- it's about tapping into your true nature and bring forth the gifts you were born with it. (read the above quote)
It's about being so devoted to yourself and your growth,
that you're willing to be present for YOU.
What that means is you're ready to bear witness to all you've been through and ready to release what no longer serves.
You're ready for optimal health, wellbeing and alignment in body, mind and soul.
