"Chronos is clocks, deadlines, watches, calendars, agendas, planners, schedules, beepers.

Chronos is time at her worst. Chronos keeps track. ...

Chronos is the world's time.

Kairos is transcendence, infinity, reverence, joy, passion, love, the Sacred.

Kairos is intimacy with the Real.

Kairos is time at her best. ...Kairos is Spirit's time.

We exist in chronos. We long for kairos.

That's our duality.

Chronos requires speed so that it won't be wasted.

Kairos requires space so that it might be savored.

We DO in chronos.

In kairos we're allowed to BE ...

It takes only a moment to cross over from chronos into kairos, but it does take a moment.

All that kairos asks is our willingness to stop running long enough to hear the music of the spheres."

✨✨✨

We live in Chronos, we long for Kairos

Oh, how we long for Kairos.

At least that's what many of the people I work with tell me.

They tell me they want to

slow down, savor life, be more present and feel more joy.

Does that sound familiar?

If it does, keep reading.

We are so blessed to be alive at this time in history!

Even thought it may look like a shit-show by some accounts,

it really is part of the evolution of humanity where we "the people" are taking back our power and standing in the present NOW.

We are reclaiming our soverignty and our own vitality!

And, if you're very still,

you can feel it! (kairos)

This week, I'll give you three simple steps to help manage your relationship with time:

✨1) BE very present to whatever is in front of you

✨2) Take 3 deep belly breaths

✨3) Focus on the bigger picture of what's truly important and follow the nudges of your heart

Oh, there's so much more I could say- but when you start with this simple re-frame- you can get a glimpse of the eternal.

(and I really mean that)

So, don't get so caught up with the every day minutae that you lose the real sense of what it means to be alive at this time.

Oh, and re-read the above quote-

this time s l o w l y!

Tell me your thoughts!

Wishing you a great week where you walk with

Power, Peace, Presence and Purpose!

love, cathie
